The 2016 Indy 500 marks the 100th edition of the race. This year’s field is made up of 33 drivers.
While there is no singular favorite, Will Power, Simon Pagenaud and Juan Pablo Montoya all share the distinction of being atop the odds. Power will look to top his second place finish in last year’s race and starts Sunday’s race in sixth.
Pagenaud comes in as the points leader and will start in the 8th position. A win on Sunday would mark the fourth of 2016 for Pagenaud.
Montoya will look to defend his 2015 Indy 500 win, but finds himself starting towards the back of the field in 17th.
