Outlook: The Raiders punched their ticket to the postseason for the first time since 2002. Oakland got additional good news as the Titans defeated the Chiefs on a last-second field goal to put Oakland back in front in the AFC West. The Raiders have been gradually climbing and finally turned the corner this season by making the playoffs. Oakland has a good chance of securing a first round bye. They host the Colts in Week 16 and close out the season in Denver against the Broncos. (Getty)
