Reports that the WWE Network have been acting up for its subscribers filled social media during the live broadcast of the 2017 Royal Rumble on January 29.

Commentator Michael Cole made mention at the end of the pre-show that the Network had been experiencing issues, though ensured that the service was back up and running. Shortly after, the WWE sent out two tweets during the pay-per-view describing an issue with users registering/subscribing to the Network, saying that due to a high volume on its registration page, the process was temporarily down. But it ensured that the issue has been resolved.

The new subscriber issue was one of a few during the night, as some users on Twitter wrote. Some are reportedly experiencing audio issues, while others claim the live feed stops, or rewinds while watching.
