Phan back up again, but only for a moment. Guillotine choke from Hettes. He lets it go, but is pounding away on Phan, who is in trouble here. More ground and pound from Hettes. Phan gives up his back, but Hettes lets it go in order to land more shots. Phan is back up and seems fine. Phan with a nice punch, and Hettes looking for the takedown. Hip toss from Hettes. He moves to mount with 90 seconds left in the round. Elbow from the top. Hettes rolls for an arm. Battle going on right now, as Phan attempts to save his arm. 30 seconds left. Round 2: Hettes opens up with a head kick, then shoots for a takedown. Phan stuffs it and eats a kick. Takedown from Hettes. Phan rolls for a leg, but Hettes escapes. Ground and pound from Hettes, who goes for a choke. Phan scrambles and gains top position. He is going to work, but Hettes avoids any damage. Back on the feet, Hettes once again presses Phan against the cage. Nice trip from Hettes. Phan attempts to wall-walk. They separate. Hettes looks exhausted here, but scores another toss to get the fight down with one minute to go. Ground and pound from Hettes. Phan nearly stands back up, but Hettes throws him down again. Round 3: Body kick from Hettes, who is visibly exhausted. Nice jab from Phan. Another takedown attempt from Hettes puts Phan on his back. Phan works his way back up, but Hettes puts him down again. Phan walks back up the wall and lands a nice punch. Hettes is tired, and Phan is landing nicely on the feet. Hettes powers forward for another takedown. Two minutes to go in the frame, and Hettes is looking for an anaconda choke. Phan survives, but gives Hettes the mount. Hettes is looking for an arm lock, but instead continues with ground and pound. 30 seconds left in the round. Phan is getting battered. Big punches from Hettes as the round comes to a close. Vladimir Matyushenko vs. Alexander Gustafsson
Round 1: Touch of gloves kicks off this light heavyweight contest. Gustafsson misses with a front kick, and Matyushenko missed with a big punch. They exchange, but neither land anything significant. Nice kicks from Gustafsson, followed by a right. Right hand drops Matyushenko. Gustafsson is landing. This fight is over. Good showing by Gustafsson.

Jon Fitch vs. Johny Hendricks
Round 1: Fitch comes out swinging, but doesn’t land. Hendricks with a vicious left hand that puts Fitch down. This is done. Hendricks earns the biggest victory of his career by absolutely blasting Fitch with an overhand left and a few punches after.

Nate Diaz vs. Donald Cerrone
Round 1: Cerrone rushes forward with a combination, and Diaz throws a combination of his own. Diaz wraps up Cerrone and is looking to take him down. Cerrone pushes away and eats a few shots, but lands a few strikes of his own. Leg kick lands for “Cowboy.” Diaz lands a very nice one-two combination. Cerrone is landing too, but Diaz is getting to Cerrone without any trouble. Up against the cage now. Diaz with a knee. Another nice punch from Diaz. Jab lands for Diaz, followed by another combination. Cerrone with a leg kick. Diaz working the jab again. Cerrone looks out of it, and Diaz continues to land at will. Head kick from Cerrone. Open-handed slap from Diaz. He lands another solid combination. Head kick misses for Cerrone, who slips to the floor. He is back up, but Diaz continues to land. Cerrone’s jaw looks injured. Another combination. He shoots in for a takedown with 10 seconds to go, but elects to strike for the remainder of the round. Late knee from Cerrone. Heavy.com scores the round 10-8 for Diaz.
Round 2: Diaz lands a combination to start the second round, and Cerrone scores with a leg kick. Diaz working the jab again. Knee from Cerrone, who kicks out Diaz’s leg. Diaz is back up and works towards Cerrone’s back in the clinch. They separate. Diaz gets tagged with a kick, but presses forward. Body shot from Diaz. Head kick from Cerrone causes both men to fall to the ground. They are back up. Cerrone kicks out his opponent’s legs once again. Diaz lands a nice combination. He is stepping it up now, and Cerrone is letting this round slip away. Head kick from Cerrone comes up short. Diaz looks for a leg, but misses on the submission attempt. Cerrone lands an elbow and trips Diaz again. Cerrone gets tagged and falls backwards. Diaz taunting Cerrone now and landing consistently. Close round, but Cerrone let that one slip away. Heavy.com scores the round 10-9 for Diaz.
Round 3: Diaz lands a combinatino, but Cerrone scores with a left hook. Diaz is taunting Cerrone and landing to head and body. Kick to the body from Diaz, followed by a long jab. Cerrone is in trouble, as Diaz continues to land, but takes a hard knee. Cerrone tries to kick out Diaz’s back leg, but fails. Diaz pressing forward, landing, but gets tripped by a kick. Diaz misses with an elbow and gets hit with a big knee. Cerrone looks exhausted, but trips Diaz yet again. 90 seconds left in the round. Hook lands for Cerrone, but Diaz comes back with a combination of his own. Cerrone throws a flying knee. More punches from Diaz, who just dodges a head kick. They each are throwing with seconds remaining. Both land, great fight. Heavy.com scores the round 10-9 for Diaz.

Brock Lesnar vs. Alistair Overeem
Round 1: No touch of gloves to begin this evening’s main event. Leg kick from Lesnar, and Overeem dodges a jab. Lesnar misses with a combination. He thinks takedown, but Lesnar lets go. Overeem is cut, but not sure what from. Knee to the body from Overeem. Two more from Overeem. Lesnar catches a leg kick, but Overeem escapes. He is not defending, clearly unconcerned with Lesnar’s striking. Kick to the body. Lesnar is in pain. He crumbles back against the cage, and Overeem lands a few more punches to end this fight. Incredible performance from “The Reem.”
