CHART: Microsoft’s Internet Explorer is Murdering Americans

As you can see above, the chart clearly states that as Microsoft’s Internet Explorer’s market share fell, so did the murder rate. There is only one possible conclusion: Internet Explorer is murdering people! This menace must be stopped! Soylent Green is people!

On a serious note, this is a nice reminder that correlation does not equal causation.

Or put another way, climate change is not caused by the decline of pirates, no matter what the pastafarians say. Yargh.
