Today was Apple’s big March 21 unveiling event. A new iPhone SE and a new iPad Pro were announced. But is a new Macbook on its way?

Here’s what you need to know.

Despite hopes that Apple would announce a new Macbook Pro or Macbook Air, new models were not announced during the March 21 keynote event today. A new iPhone SE is coming, along with a new 9.7-inch iPad Pro. But we won’t be seeing a new Macbook in this product cycle.

Many people were holding out on buying a new laptop because they were hoping Apple would announce a new Macbook today. Since that didn’t happen, when can we expect a new Macbook to be released? Current speculation is that the new Macbook will be announced just before the WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference.) The conference will take place in June, so you may not have to wait that much longer.
