Just in case you weren’t aware, today happens to be National Pizza Day. The delicious faux holiday is observed annually on Feb. 9. As if you needed an excuse to eat pizza.
Whether you’re craving a deep dish or thin crust, hawaiian-style, meat lovers, or veggie, ordering a delicious pie can be easy as pie. To help equip you with the tools you need to do National Pizza Day right, we’ve compiled a list of the best pizza delivery and takeout apps around, all of which are free to download.
Check out the list below, then tell us in the comments: what’s your favorite kind of pizza?
1. Domino’s
If you’ve ever ordered Domino’s Pizza online, you know about the chain’s famous Domino’s Tracker feature, which lets you follow your order from the moment you place it until its out for delivery or ready for pickup. You can see when your pizza is being prepped, baked, undergoing a “quality check,” and ready for you to enjoy. Domino’s has baked this beloved feature into its mobile app, so you can order and track your pizza without ever getting up from the couch. The latest version of the app even lets you scan your debit or credit card with your device’s camera for faster checkout.

2. Pizza Hut
Believe it or not, Pizza Hut and its rivals are pretty tech-savvy and always trying to one-up each other with convenient ordering options. As such, the Pizza Hut app offers some pretty sweet features, like the ability to reorder in just 5 clicks. You can peruse the chain’s full menu of specialty pizzas, pastas, wings, drinks, sides, and desserts and pay directly from the app. If you’re not a frequent pizza-eater, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. The app also lets you place future orders up to 7 days in advance, search for Pizza Hut locations near you, and access local deals.

3. Papa John’s
Placing a big order and going dutch with your friends? The Papa John’s app has you covered with a convenient “PayShare” feature that lets you easily split the bill with friends after your order is placed. The Papa John’s app also has a future ordering feature, so if you wake up in the middle of the night worrying about the menu for your kid’s birthday party the following weekend, you can get that squared away before drifting back off. The app is built for both one-timers and regulars; you check out without an account or save up to four of your favorite pies when you log in. The app will send you push notifications with special offers, and lets you save coupons and deals for later.

5. Grubhub
Say you want pizza but you’re with someone who doesn’t. Don’t ditch your friend, just fire up Grubhub on your phone. While not exclusively a pizza app, Grubhub can most definitely connect you with a piping hot, cheesy pie – or tacos, Pad Thai, or whatever else you happen to be craving. When you are in the mood for pizza, just type “pizza” into the search bar and a listing of the nearest pizza joints will pop up. The app lets you find delivery restaurants, carryout spots or both. You can also store your payment information so you don’t have to fumble with your card every time you want food.
