The two married on September 14, 2013 in Como, Italy with a star-studded wedding and Legend’s song “All Of Me” is dedicated to her.

2. He’s Set To Perform With Common At the 2015 Academy Awards

John Legend was actually home-schooled by his mother until he was twelve years old and jumped into high school early. He graduated at age 16 and was offered admission to Harvard University in addition to scholarships for Georgetown University and Morehouse College. He ended up going to the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied English and African American literature.
4. Legend Is Eager To Start A Family Soon

John Legend recently revealed that he and his wife are excited to start having children soon and are making it a point to spend as much time together as possible, explaining:
We want to have kids, so it’s just a matter of time. Whenever it happens, we’ll be excited … We want each other to be happy, and part of that is being fulfilled in our work and loving what we do. We’re there for each other.
