‘Dancing With The Stars’ Finale: Who Will Win DWTS?

Who will win the finale tonight on Dancing With The Stars? Most feel that Alfonso Ribeiro is a shoe in for the win. Throughout the season, from day one, Alfonso has shown immense talent. He’s brought passion, character, and determination to the dance floor. He even brought back some moves from him classic role as Carlton Banks on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. We’ve seen Alfonso shed tears of pain, feeling defeated a bit by his injuries on the show and he’s made us fall in love with his vulnerability. The other cast members have shown their love for Alfonso and have joined in dancing with him in the red box after his amazing performances. He’s the only male contestant left this season and this is his partner Witney Carson’s first time taking on the mirrorball trophy in the finals.

Last night on part one of the finale, Witney and Alfonso earned perfect scores for both of their routines, making for an 80 out of 80 for the night. The judges even made a point to say that they hope America votes for the best dancer, implying that Alfonso was the clear choice for the win. Mercury News wrote:

There was Alfonso and Witney, who hands down stole the show. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise me if their names were already being inscribed on the Mirror Ball Trophy. I wonder if the voting viewers feel the same. Their jive, picked by Carrie Ann, was fantastic and erased any mistakes they made in Week 1. Len said to Alfonso, “You dance like Frank Sinatra sang,” and stood up to applaud.

Tonight’s finale airs on ABC from 8:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and it’s filled with A-list performances from artists Jennifer Hudson, Meghan Trainor and Nick Jonas.

If Alfonso wins the mirror ball trophy, we’re hoping he does the Carlton-inspired moves he’s doing in the below Vine video as his victory dance:
