A shocking new report says that Ben Affleck has been stepping out with his kids nanny since splitting from Jennifer Garner. The Hollywood A-list couple announced in June 2015 that they were divorcing after 10 years of marriage. They have four kids together, Violet, Seraphina and Sam. Ben, 43, hired Christine Ouzounian, 28, to look after the kids earlier this year, now, apparently, the two are dating.

1. They First Hooked Up During a Secret 10-Month Separation That Affleck & Garner Underwent

US Weekly carries the exclusive report that Affleck has been dating Ouzounian. The magazine says that Ben first brought Ouzounian into the children’s lives while he was undergoing a 10-month trial separation from Garner, which was kept secret from the media. Although a rep for Affleck told the Daily Mail that allegations that Affleck and Ouzounian are together are “garbage.” That didn’t stop a source telling US that while the new couple are together they “hang out without the kids. And they’re very flirty.” Ouzounian allegedly told a friend that she believes it’s “true love” with Affleck.
2. She Previously Worked for Neil Patrick Harris

According to her now-deleted LinkedIn page, Ouzounian previously worked as a nanny for Neil Patrick Harris. The US Weekly report says that Affleck hired her out of a “high-end Beverly Hills nanny agency.” The mag adds that when Garner learned of the affair, she ensured that Ouzounian was fired. Ouzounian’s sister, Caty, is also a nanny who also worked for Neil Patrick Harris, according to Caty Ouzounian’s LinkedIn page. Her sister writes on her page “I’m socially appropriate and understand the fine lines involved when working in someone’s home.” Prior to working for Harris, Caty Ouzounian worked for former Spice Girl Melanie Brown and in the U.S. Embassy in Rome, helping to organize George W. Bush’s visits there in 2008.
3. Ouzounian Is a Former Sorority Girl
She’s a graduate and former sorority girl from Arizona State University, where she majored in communications. Prior to working as a nanny, Ouzounian worked as a teacher, a concierge at a Four Seasons hotel and in sales at Prudential California.
4. She Used to Live in the Bahamas, Where Affleck Keeps a Paradise Home

Ouzounian previously worked and lived in the Bahamas, according to one of her friends. That’s something that could come in handy as Affleck owns a home at Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club on the islands. People Magazine reports that immediately after their split Garner and Affleck took their kids to their paradise home for a quick getaway.
5. The Cause of Affleck & Garner’s Split Was Said to Be His Cheating

It was US Magazine that previously reported that Affleck and Garner split because he admitted to cheating. The gossip mag said at the time Affleck had an “attractive love interest.”
