Tonight is episode 8 of The Voice for season 13, with the second batch of battle rounds in the competition. On episode 7 last night, these were the results:

Lucas Holliday and Meagan McNeal from Jennifer Hudson’s team, performed the song “My Prerogative”. Holliday won, while McNeal was eliminated.

Morah Formica beat Shilo Gold, singing “American Woman, and Gold was eliminated from Team Miley Cyrus.

From Blake Shelton’s team, Keisha Renee and Noah Mac performed the song “I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry”. Renee won and Mac was stolen by coach Jennifer Hudson.

Jennifer Hudson’s two team members Chris Weaver and Kathrina Feigh performed “Dangerous Woman,” but Weaver took the win. Fortunately for her, Feigh was scooped up by coach Blake Shelton.

Brooke Simpson beat Sophia Bollman by performing “You’re a Big Girl Now”. Both contestants are from Miley Cyrus’ team. Bollman was eliminated.

From Adam Levine’s team, Adam Pearce beat Whitney Fenimore by singing “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around”, but Fenimore ended up being stolen by Miley Cyrus.

As for tonight’s show, read on below as we continue to update this post with the results live.

Advisers Joe Jonas, Kelly Rowland, Rascal Flatts and Billy Ray Cyrus continued to help the coaches and their contestants prepare for the battle rounds.

Davon Fleming and Maharasyi from Jennifer Hudson’s team were the first pair up for battle on tonight’s show and they two couldn’t get over Kelly Rowland appearing as an adviser. Fleming grew up in a rough area of Baltimore and he says that he hopes to bring inspiration to others. Meanwhile, Maharasyi recorded for a record label in Indonesia, but in the U.S., she works as a wedding singer. For the duo’s battle tonight, they performed Whitney Houston’s song “I’m Your Baby Tonight.”

After their performance, the judges had a tough time deciding who they liked better in the battle. Ultimately, however, Jennifer Hudson eliminated Maharasyi and she was not stolen by one of the other coaches.

Brandon Showell and Hannah Mrozak were up next, battling it out on Team Adam Levine. Mrozak has a lot of passion and emotion, dealing with the death of her brother, who committed suicide. Showell, on the other hand, is a newlywed, who is actually a teacher. When the two went into rehearsals, Mrozak was gushing over Joe Jonas, who was helping to advise Levine’s team, and she couldn’t help but blush. Mrozak says she really connects to their battle song “Cold Water”.

Ultimately, Adam Levine picked Mrozak as the winner.

Other battle results tonight were:

Dave Crosby and Dylan Gerard from Team Adam Levine, but Gerard was the winner.

Esera Tuaolo and Rebecca Brunner performed “This I Promise You,” but Blake Shelton picked Tuaolo to move forward.

Chloe Kohanski and Ilianna Viramontes from Miley Cyrus’ team performed “I Am Woman” and the winner ended up being Kohanski.

After a commercial break, two singers from Blake Shelton’s team geared up for their battle, with help from the Rascal Flatts. Dennis Drummond and Mitchell Lee took on the song “Mr. Jones” for their duet, with both artists playing the guitar as well. So, who won the competition round? Shelton decided to have Lee move forward, but it wasn’t over for Drummond. Adam Levine quickly decided to use one of his steals and bring Drummond onto his team.

Tune in Monday and Tuesday night on NBC at 8 p.m. ET/PT for more battle rounds.
