For the third time in his young career, Colts quarterback Andrew Luck was taken first overall in an NFL Draft.

Wednesday night Luck was selected by Hall of Fame wide receiver Cris Carter as the top pick for the 2015 Pro Bowl.

Luck was taken in the same slot in the 2014 Pro Bowl Draft and, of course, as the No. 1 selection by the Indianapolis Colts in the 2012 “real” NFL Draft.

Team Carter will be coached by the Ravens’ John Harbaugh.

Hall of Famer Michael Irvin, drafting for Team Irvin, selected fellow Dallas Cowboys Tony Romo as his first choice and Jason Garrett was picked to coach the team.

Jamaal Charles, Jordy Nelson, A.J. Green and Luke Kuechly are just a few of the many all-stars who will take the field Sunday.

It’s the second-straight year the NFL has tried to jazz up the game by using a draft with picks being made by Hall of Fame players.
