Thursday’s play at Roland Garros brings us both women’s semi-finals, as Serena Williams takes on number 23 seed Timea Bacsinszky of Switzerland, while Ana Ivanovic squares off against Lucie Safarova – conqueror of Maria Sharapova – in the other half of the draw.

While Williams has had a few slow starts in Paris, not least losing the first set of her 4th round tie to fellow American Sloane Stevens 6-1, the World No.1 utterly destroyed Italy’s Sara Errani in the quarter finals, looking close to her imperious best. She’s the heavy favorite to progress to Saturday’s final.

Ivanovic vs. Safarova is scheduled first on the Philippe-Chatrier Court, starting no earlier than 9am Eastern. Williams’ match against Bacsinszky will follow straight after.

It’s a grab-bag of channels for viewers in the US, with live coverage of doubles matches on The Tennis Channel from 6am Eastern ’til 9am, whereafter ESPN2 has live semi-finals coverage from 9am Eastern and NBC from 11am Eastern, both until 2pm.

In the UK, the tennis is free to watch live on ITV4 from 11am until 9pm BST.

In the UK and across Europe, cable or satellite subscribers can catch live coverage via Eurosport 2, with coverage starting at 11am CET. Click here for further details.

For those who won’t be in front of a TV on Thursday, or who want to catch replays on demand, here’s how to watch online and on mobile:
