The recently-minuted head coach at USC went 5-2 as the Trojans interim leader and, now, is looking for his first-ever bowl victory as the team faces off against Wisconsin in the National Funding Holiday Bowl.
The Trojans have won six of their past seven bowl game appearances, including a win in the Holiday Bowl over Nebraska last season. On the flip side, Wisconsin has lost four of its last five bowl appearances.
It’s an interesting matchup between a strong USC offense, led by quarterback Cody Kessler, and Wisconsin’s No. 1 scoring defense in the country. The Badgers are allowing just 13.1 points per game.
