A.J. Green was carted off the field just a few plays into the Bengals-Bills game and will not return today. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the injury is related to his hamstring. Green grabbed his hamstring as he fell to the ground on the Bengals first pass play of the game.

According to ESPN, Green will miss multiple weeks with what is believed to be a torn hamstring. From a fantasy perspective, it could lead to more touches for Brandon LaFell and Tyler Boyd.

LaFell is likely the player who would benefit the most if Green is forced to miss time. He has 387 yards and four touchdowns so far this season. Boyd is a rookie receiver out of Pitt and has been relatively quiet in his first season.

Green is second in the league with 964 receiving yards in addition to his four touchdowns this season. Heavy will continue to update you on Green’s status as more details are released.
