Sunday night the teams for this year’s McDonald’s All-American games were announced, with the rosters being a who’s who of the top recruits in college basketball. The McDonald’s All-American games (boys and girls) are scheduled for March 29 at the United Center in Chicago. Among those who made the cut for the boys’ game were center DeAndre Ayton and forward Michael Porter Jr., with both having already committed to attend Pac-12 programs next season.

Ayton, who attends Hillcrest Prep in Arizona and is a native of the Bahamas, committed to Arizona while Porter has committed to Washington. Porter, who plays at Nathan Hale HS in Seattle, is the son of Washington assistant coach Michael Porter Sr. The elder Porter was an assistant on the Missouri women’s basketball staff (where two of his daughters currently play) before joining longtime friend Lorenzo Romar’s staff at Washington this past summer.

Of the 24 players in the boys’ game four are headed to Kentucky, with all four being on the East roster. Also on that team is the undecided Mohamed Bamba, with John Calipari’s program being one of the finalists for his pledge. Duke and UCLA are also represented by multiple commitments, with Wendell Carter and Gary Trent Jr. headed to Duke next season and Jaylen Hands and Kris Wilkes having made their respective pledges to attend UCLA.

Below are the rosters for both games, with high school and college commitment information in parentheses.
