Possible Divisional Round Opponent
Texans Win, Bengals Win
If the Bengals win at home, Houston becomes the highest remaining seed in the AFC bracket. That would send them to Denver, for a meeting with Peyton Manning and the Broncos. The Texans and Broncos did not meet in the regular season, but it would be a tough test for Houston’s offense against a great Broncos defense.
Texans Win, Steelers Win
If the Steelers knock off the Bengals, they will be the high seeded headed to Denver. That means that Houston would head east, for a second meeting with the Patriots this season. Houston was beaten handily on Sunday Night Football by the Pats in early December, sacking Brian Hoyer five times en route to a 27-6 victory.
