Fans and celebs everywhere continue to mourn over the death of Cory Monteith… Especially, good pal and Glee co-star Matthew Morrison, who honored Monteith with a cabaret show dedication. According to Celebuzz Morrison paid his respects to his long lost friend by annoucing this to his audience during a performance at a New York City venue Wednesday night, saying:
This week has been an interesting one for me. I lost a good friend of mine, Cory Monteith. He was like a brother to me… So, I’m going to start the show tonight with a song for Cory.
Following his touching dedication, he stunned the audience with a smooth cover of “What I Did for Love,” a song that, coincidentally, Cory’s girlfriend Lea Michele had once performed on the second season of Glee.
