As always, Amy Purdy and partner Derek Hough gave and amazing performance on Dancing With The Stars, but we learned that after Purdy’s show-opener, she actually injured her back. ABC News writes:
The shows’ hosts announced later that Purdy had injured her back after her performance. She was forced to miss the group dance and go for treatment.

Purdy explained to co-host Erin Andrews:
My shoulder’s been bothering me a little bit, and then right after judging I turned my head and my back cracked and it just seized up and everything’s painful right now. It’s hard to breathe.
Fortunately, Purdy is doing okay and will be back to dancing in no time …
