For the group's 1969 album "Cucumber Castle," Robin wasn't involved because he was pursuing solo projects. His solo career was also a success. Robin was married to second wife, author Dwina Murphy, until his death. In 2012, Gibb died of liver and kidney failure, caused by colorectal cancer, which had metastasized to his liver. (Getty)
