Jordan Fisher earned a perfect score of 60 out of 60 on Dancing With the Stars last week, alongside pro partner Lindsay Arnold. He is definitely the front-runner this season and one of the reasons he wants to win the mirrorball trophy is Arnold. In an interview with Just Jared Jr., Arnold’s response was, “He constantly reminds me that he wants to do that for me and it, honestly, I can’t even put into words the way that it makes me feel. Him doing that just makes me want to win the trophy for him too and we’re working together to make that happen. At the end of the day too, we recognize that that is something out of our hands, but if we do our best work week after week, people will chose to vote or not, but if we feel like we’ve given our best, that’s the most important thing.”

Jordan talked about how much he’s stressing over the possibility of winning season 25 of the show to Entertainment Tonight. He revealed, “I love the show, I love the experience and I love Lindsay and I want her to win so badly, it hurts me. I lose sleep over it, especially when I’m given a style that I know is going to kill my hips because that’s just the sort of thing that it does. It kills people’s hips. I have a history of hip issues and injuries, and for me personally, I just want to give her everything that I possibly can week in and week out, so that she can feel good and do really well on Monday and it causes me to lose sleep.” He also tweeted the following message about it on Twitter, writing, “The image and memory I want to take away from this is to see her FINALLY hoist a mirrorball above her head. She deserves it more than anyone. So grateful to be a part of the journey. Let’s get it, Family! Okay … back to rehearsal! Love you guys.

Recently, Lindsay Arnold suffered an injury to her knee in rehearsals, according to Extra TV, and there’s a chance she may not be able to perform tonight. If that is the case, pro dancer Sharna Burgess will take her place. Arnold explained, “I was practicing the pro number and I literally just stepped up onto a stair and it felt like my whole leg gave out and stopped working.” While Arnold is suffering an injury, Fisher tells Us Weekly he has also dealt with his fair share of injuries. He stated that, “I’ve dealt with a handful of injuries. This year specifically there’s been quite a bit. The biggest challenge thus far has been being okay with not being good at the top of the week. The scariest thing is when we go in on a Tuesday or a Wednesday and we’re learning a new piece, and Lindsay’s like, ‘All right, we’re going to do this and this and this.’ Wednesday rolls around and we’re just kind of like, ‘Is this going to happen? Is this going to work?’ It gets to Monday and it does, thank God. I think just kind of settling in that it is okay.”
