Donald Trump has delivered his much-hyped bombshell announcement via YouTube:

If President Barack Obama hands over his college records and applications, and passport records and applications, “I will give to a charity of his choice … a check for $5 million.”

Yesterday a finance pundit tweeted that the bombshell involved divorce papers of Barack and Michelle.
