Dunkin Donuts’ Employee Thwarts Robbery With Hot Coffee

The incident occurred at the above Dunkin Donuts shop in New Haven, Connecticut on Saturday night at around 11:00 p.m. NBC Connecticut reports.

A man went drove to the drive through window, asking for change for a $100 bill. The employee refused to change it, the man then left his car and tried to climb through the drive-thru window and said it was a robbery.

The fast thinking worker threw a pot of hot coffee in the mans face forcing him to flee in a white Ford Explorer.

The employee is clearly a fan of Fast Times at Ridgemont High:
