The man claiming he had the crap beaten out of him by Scottie Pippen on Sunday provoked the NBA legend by spitting on him and dropping the N-bomb while Pippen was holding his young daughter, according to a Daily News source.
This marks the biggest development in the sordid alleged fight that took place on Sunday night between hoops-legend Scottie Pippen, 47, and an autograph hunter. After an arrest warrant was issued for Pippen on June 24, the ex-Chicago Bulls legend handed himself in to Lost Hills Sheriff’s Office in Malibu.

The Daily News quote their source as saying:
When Scottie left, this guy had no injuries, Scottie is very upset about the way this has been portrayed.
The Chicago Tribune reports today that Pippen is not out of the woods yet despite not being charged yesterday. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Spokesman Steve Whitmore said today:
It’s [the investigation] still moving forward, charges could come from it, but we still haven’t reached that point. [Pippen] was not arrested . . . there might be more here than meets the eye.
The alleged-victim had to be transported from the Nobu parking lot via ambulance, with the man claiming head injuries and that Pippen had broken some of his teeth, reports TMZ.
