Bradley Manning Sentenced to 35 Years in Prison: Twitter Reacts

Army Private Bradley Manning was sentenced today to 35 years in prison for leaking information to the whistleblower website Wikileaks, reports The New York Times. Manning will be eligible for parole in nine years in addition to being demoted to the lowest rank possible, having his pay forfeited and having being dishonorably discharged.

There has been a massive response on Twitter.

The whistleblower is credited for the 1200 days he has already served as well as 112 days credit for his mistreatment while in the brig.
