Sean Kingston is being sued for allegedly gang raping a drunk teenager back in 2010, reports TMZ.

Carissa Capeloto, now 22, claims she was forced to have sex with the singer, a member of his band and his body guard after a Justin Bieber concert in Seattle–where he also performed–when she was invited back to Kingston’s hotel room for a meet and greet. Capeloto, who was high and heavily intoxicated, said that when she arrived at the hotel room Kingston was naked on his bed. She claims that his body guard then picked her up and placed her on top of the singer and the three men proceeded to gang rape her.

Capeloto’s friend eventually busted in the room and rescued her and called the police. She was taken to the hospital where she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

Kingston, however, says the girl’s claims are false and that the sex was completely consensual.

Criminal charges were filed in 2010, but later dropped when police concluded that Capeloto didn’t have enough evidence for a legitimate case. But now, she is attempting to go through with the case again and demands at least $5 million.

A trial has been set for November.
