Today people all across the Northeastern United States, especially those in the greater New York City area who use Time Warner cable, experienced Internet problems and outages.
At around 3:30 p.m., the problem was resolved.
Downdetector.com is currently showing what areas are experiencing total Internet blackout due to problems at Time Warner.
