He succeeded by the slimmest of margins — clocking in at 5.98 seconds.
Pretty impressive for a guy running in his Sunday best. In fact, Eisen lost his pocket square during the run, which he later used to wipe the sweat off his face.
NFL Network also provided this clip of Eisen vs. Kent State running back Dri Archer, who ran the 40-yard dash in 4.26 seconds.
To make it official, he even starred in his own Beats headphones commercial.
Eisen has been running the 40-yard dash every year for the past decade. The chart below shows that the 44-year-old has gotten steadily faster with age.
