Actor and comedian Will Ferrell is known for playing some characters who really, really, love America. But in a twist, it turns out the actor really is a patriot.
Wednesday night, at a party for the fans of team USA in the Brazilian city of Recife, a few miles from where the USA will play Germany today, Will Ferrell got up and gave an impromptu inspirational speech. “I will bite every German player if I have to!” he screamed to the roaring crowd.

In the background, you can even look out for a guest appearance by “Teddy Goalsevelt,” a crazed USA soccer fan who appears dressed as Teddy Roosevelt at every game.
