The group’s poll says that the result is Yes 46, No 54. The nail was further put in the coffin of the “Yes” vote when YouGov’s Peter Kellner appeared on BBC News to say that he’s 99 percent certain that “No” has won. He later told Sky News he “can’t see” the “No” campaign losing.
