The dramatic rescue of child from a submerged vehicle was caught on video by a police body camera. The child, 18-month-old Lily Groesbeck, was found alive after 14 hours partially submerged car after her mother crashed the car.
The child’s mother, Lynn Jennifer Groesbeck, 25, was killed in the crash.
