ABC 13 reported that a teenager called police and said 5-10 suspects had beaten her father.The television station reported that the father was taken to the hospital and that two other children were in the home at the time.

A reporter with Houston’s CBS affiliate wrote on Twitter, “4 to 5 armed suspects believed to have opened fire on deputies hunkered down behind Valero gas station. We’re on the scene now ”
