It may be a regular season game tonight in Cleveland, but there’s sure to be a playoff atmosphere at Quicken Loans Arena, where LeBron James will make his first appearance in a Cavaliers uniform since he left the Cavs for Miami after the 2009-10 season.
A raucous sellout crowd is expected, and ESPN deployed a remote Sportscenter set for the occasion, among other signs of the festive atmosphere.
It’ll also be the Cleveland debut for Kevin Love, whom the Cavs acquired in a blockbuster offseason deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, and the NBA coaching debut of David Blatt.
Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. Eastern time, with coverage on TNT.
