The Milwaukee Bucks lost promising rookie Jabari Parker for the season after the forward tore the ACL in his left knee Monday night.
Here’s the video:
Parker’s knee buckled on a drive to the basket in the 3rd quarter against the Phoenix Suns. He then collided with the Suns’ P.J. Tucker and hit the floor. It was initially called a sprain, but an MRI Tuesday confirmed the tear.
A surgery date has not been set.
The No. 2 overall selection out of Duke was averaging 12.3 points and 5.5 rebounds through 25 games.
