Louisville and Michigan State are no stranger to the NCAA Tournament Final Four. UL made appearances recently in 2012 and 2013, while MSU has been there in 2009 and 2010.

And when the teams meet Sunday in the East Regional Final, one will once again advance to the National Seminfinals.

Tom Izzo’s Spartans are the No. 7 seed, while Rick Pitino’s Cardinals the No. 4. But seeds don’t matter anymore. MSU has knocked off the region’s No. 2 and 3 seeds to get to this point.

Both teams are coming off games in which they covered the point spread. On Sunday, Michigan State is the 2.5-point favorite.
