With the NCAA Tournament regions down to 4 teams apiece, updated odds have been released.

The no-question biggest favorite is Kentucky, which has 1/4 odds to win the Midwest.

The sportsbooks also like Arizona (West with 5/6 odds) and Michigan State (East with 7/4 odds). Duke and Gonzaga are both listed at 3/2 to come out of the South Region.

The Sweet 16 games are Thursday and Friday, then the Elite 8 contests follow Saturday and Sunday.

The below odds were provided by sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com and are subject to change.

Odds to Win the Midwest Region

Kentucky #1 … 1/4
Notre Dame #3 … 7/1
Wichita State #7 … 7/1
West Virginia #5 … 18/1

The Selection Committee, oddsmakers and general public all see Kentucky advancing. But there’s a reason it’s called March Madness. No. 8 UK knocked off top-seeded Wichita State in the 2014 tournament. Think the Shockers would like a rematch?

Odds to Win the West Region

Arizona #2 … 5/6
Wisconsin #1 … 3/2
North Carolina #4 … 8/1
Xavier #6 … 18/1

The sportsbooks have treated Arizona like a No. 1 seed all along. Seed-wise, the West is the region with the highest left in the Big Dance with a 1, 2, 4 and 6.

Odds to Win the South Region

Duke #1 … 3/2
Gonzaga #2 … 3/2
Utah #5 … 3/1
UCLA #11 … 14/1

The Bruins are backing up the Selection Committee’s much-debated decision to include them in the tournament. Can UCLA continue the Cinderella run?

Odds to Win the East Region

Michigan State #7 … 7/4
Louisville #4 … 12/5
Oklahoma #3 … 12/5
N.C. State #8 … 6/1

The Spartans always seem to turn it on at this point in the season. But as the East has shown so far, this one is wide open.
