Buccaneers vs. Saints: Time, Channel & Line

Both the Saints and Buccaneers lost their Week 1 contests, but New Orleans heads into Sunday’s matchup a stout favorite.

The Saints host the Bucs on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. ET at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome as double-digit favorites, despite getting trounced on the road by the Cardinals in Week 1.

That could partially have to do with the performance of Jameis Winston under center in his rookie game for Tampa Bay. Winston finished 16-of-33 passing for 210 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. That was good for a 64 quarterback rating as the Bucs were trounced by the Titans, 42-14. If Winston and the offense can’t improve their efficiency and the Bucs defense doesn’t improve, it could, in fact, be a long day for Winston once again.
