Is Eddie Lacy Playing vs. the Cardinals?

After battling through a rib injury and being limited in practice for much of the week, it looks like Packers running back Eddie Lacy should be good to go on Saturday evening against the Cardinals in the Divisional round playoff game.

Lacy practiced fully on Friday for the first time all week, and signs are pointing to him playing. He’s officially listed as probable.

Lacy rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown in Sunday’s Wild Card round Packers win over Washington, but lost a fumble and was out-touched by James Starks 14 to 12. Lacy produced 88 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown in a loss to the Cardinals back in Week 16 when the Pack last faced Arizona.

Lacy, for his part, took to Twitter to encourage the always well traveling Packers fan base to show up in force at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., to support the green and gold.

Lacy, 25, has been a big part of Packers postseason teams over the previous two seasons. Last year, he ran for 174 total yards in the Packers’ two playoff games, a win over Dallas and a loss to Seattle.
