Two teams with playoff aspirations meet Sunday, as the Titans look to play meaningful December football against the defending champion Broncos.
Tennessee hasn’t had a winning record since 2011, and the Titans return from the bye 6-6 and ready to make a push. The Titans have a clear identity on offense, and will look to run the ball early and often against the Broncos defense.
Denver used a strong defensive effort to get by Jacksonville last week, and now the 8-4 Broncos are right in the thick of the Wild Card picture. Trevor Siemian, who missed last week’s game with a foot sprain, is expected to return to action. Siemian is 7-3 in his first season as Broncos quarterback, but this week will be the first of four tough matchups to end the season. After leaving Nashville, the Broncos will finish the season home to the Patriots, at Kansas City, and then host Oakland to end the regular season.
