We've hit Week 13 of the NFL season, meaning the Fantasy Football is coming to a close very soon. If you're in a season-long league, you likely have only a week or two left before the playoffs begin in either Week 14 or 15. It's crunch time. So if you're battling for a postseason berth, it's time to roll up your sleeves, channel your inner Bill Belichick and manage your roster like never before. There are only two teams on the bye this week -- Tennessee and Cleveland. So you'll be without Marcus Mariota and whatever quarterback the Browns were planning on starting. But I'm going to go out on a limb and say none of you have a Browns QB on your roster. Click here for the full Week 13 schedule. But we're also here to help making some roster decisions whether you're in a season-long or daily fantasy league. So scroll through the gallery below to see our Week 13 start and sit quarterback recommendations. (Getty)

START: Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks
Opponent: vs. Carolina Panthers
Wilson is coming off his worst game of the season, throwing for 151 yards with 2 interceptions and no touchdowns in an ugly 14-5 loss to Tampa Bay. In Week 13, the Seahawks get another NFC South team, the Panthers. It's a home game, though, and that's where Wilson has been much more effective. Also, the Panthers 21 touchdown passes and a 67.1 completion percentage. Expect Wilson to shake off Week 12's clunker and get back to fantasy relevance. (Getty)

START: Ryan Fitzpatrick, New York Jets
Opponent: vs. Indianapolis Colts
This is not a joke. I repeat, this is not a joke. All kidding aside, if Fitzpatrick can get out of his own way Monday night vs. the Colts, he could have a big game. Indy is near the bottom of the league in pass defense. The Colts have allowed 22 touchdowns (tied for 4th worst), while ranking last in interceptions (3) and low in sacks (20). Take away that late lost fumble and Fitzy is coming off one of his best games of the season. He might not be a starter in season-long leagues, but Fitzpatrick is a bargain play in DFS. (Getty)
Also Start:
Alex Smith, Chiefs, at Falcons; Matthew Stafford, Lions, at Saints

SIT: Blake Bortles, Jacksonville Jaguars
Opponent: vs. Denver Broncos
Bortles has multiple touchdown passes in 5 straight games (11 overall), but that streak will be in jeopardy this weekend when the Jacksonville welcomes the NFL's top-rated pass defense. The Broncos have allowed just 10 TD passes, while tallying a league-high 35 sacks. If you are starting Bortles, temper your expectations. (Getty)

SIT: Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers
Opponent: at Seattle Seahawks
Newton won't come close to matching his 2015 numbers, when he threw 35 TDs. He has just 13 right now, including only 5 in the past 5 games. Things are not going to get any easier Sunday when his Panthers travel to Seattle, which has allowed only 10 touchdown passes on the season. While it's always tough to sit a talent like Newton, he's not going to produce like a QB1 in Week 13. (Getty)
