If you want to stack Flacco with one of his receivers, it has to be either Wallace or Steve Smith here. Not only is the former cheaper, but he has shown a pretty nice floor, tallying at least 50 receiving yards in nine consecutive games. Moreover, Wallace is more of a big-play threat, and against an Eagles secondary that has allowed the third-most passing plays of 25 yards or more (30 of them in 13 games), the speedster is a nice bet to break free for a long touchdown.
