Super Bowl 52 Date & Location: When Is the Game Next Year & Where?

Tonight, Super Bowl 51 (Super Bowl LII) takes place in Houston, with the Falcons playing the Patriots, and Lady Gaga is this year’s headliner for the halftime show. With the Super Bowl upon us, it makes many fans wonder about next year’s big game. When is Super Bowl 52? Where will it be? Get all the details we know so far below:

GAME DATE: February 4, 2018

LOCATION: U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This will be the second time that the Super Bowl has been held in Minneapolis. Previously, the Super Bowl was played in this location in 1992 at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome. U.S. Bank Stadium is the former site of the Metrodome.

According to Pats Pulpit, the NFL’s 32 owners meet up in Charlotte, North Carolina to vote on decisions such as the location of Super Bowl games. The results for 2019 – 2021 are:

Super Bowl LIII (2018 season, February 2019): Atlanta, Georgia

Super Bowl LIV (2019 season, February 2020): South Florida/Miami area

Super Bowl LV (2020 season, February 2021): Los Angeles, California

This will be the third Super Bowl to be played in Atlanta, while Los Angeles will have its eighth, and Miami, it’s eleventh.
