Super Bowl Recipes 2017: Best Last-Minute Appetizers

Super Bowl 51 is coming up and there are tons of parties and get-togethers going on. Perhaps you are planning a Game Day party at your own home or maybe you are attending someone else's and need some easy, last-minute dish options to bring with you. If you aren't cooking at all, we have some ideas for you:

1. Bring a cheese plate. Run to the grocery store, grab a couple blocks of different cheeses and pick up a box of crackers. You can also add some grapes into the mix. Now you've created an upscale appetizer spread that looks like you put effort into it.

2. A fruit platter or vegetable platter is so easy and there are usually pre-made ones available at the supermarket. If not, just pick up some pineapple, strawberries, grapes and whatever kinds of fruit you enjoy for your fruit platter. If you're making a vegetable plate, then pick up a pre-made dip, which can also come in a jar. Then get some celery sticks and carrots. Tada!

3. This is probably the easiest thing you can do. Pick up a couple jars of salsa and a bag of tortilla chips. That's it. You could also pick up some hummus if salsa isn't of your taste.
