No. 211 TE Cole Hikutini, Louisville
Round: 6th
Players on the Board: EDGE Deatrich Wise Jr., WR Damore'ea Stringfellow
Why It Works: After a little bit of a layoff between picks, the Cowboys are able to pick up another sleeper. Even the casual college football fan has heard of Lamar Jackson who won last year's Heisman Trophy. Tight end Cole Hikutini was one of Jackson's favorite targets, particularly in the redzone. This is a deep tight end class, and the Cowboys would be wise to add a player as they continue to look for Jason Witten's successor. Hikutini finished with 668 yards and eight touchdowns which is pretty good numbers in college where the tight end is often under-utilized. Hikutini can block but his strength is pass catching in the vertical game. (Getty)
