Bray Wyatt’s wife has filed for divorce after claiming that Wyatt cheated on her with a WWE employee.

The Daily Mail reported on Monday that Samantha Rotunda, Bray Wyatt’s wife, has filed for divorce in Florida, and she claims that Wyatt had an affair with WWE announcer JoJo Offerman. Wyatt reportedly walked out on his wife and children back in March 2017.

So who exactly is Samantha Rotunda, the wife of Bray Wyatt who is now filing for divorce? Very little is known about Samantha, as Bray Wyatt generally has kept his private life private, rarely even giving out-of-character interviews. Still, there is some information out there about the woman who spent five years married to the Eater of Worlds. Here’s what you need to know.

1. She & Bray Met in College

Bray Wyatt and Samantha Rotunda are college sweethearts.

They both attended Troy University in Alabama, where Bray Wyatt went on a football scholarship. Wyatt played collegiate football for two years, but he ultimately left before obtaining his degree in order to pursue a career as a professional wrestler.

Then, Wyatt signed with World Wrestling Entertainment in 2009.

“My entire life I knew I’d end up in this exact position,” Bray Wyatt told Hernando Today in 2009. “I didn’t know how I’d make it, but I knew I’d make it in.”

In pursuing professional wrestling, Bray Wyatt was following in his father’s footsteps. His dad is Mike Rotunda, a retired WWE professional wrestler who fans will know as Irwin R. Schyster; he portrayed an IRS tax collector character.

2. She & Bray Were Married in 2012

Bray Wyatt and Samantha Rotunda have been married for five years.

According to The Daily Mail, the couple’s wedding took place in 2012.

Until separating earlier this year, Bray Wyatt and Samantha Rotunda lived together in Florida, although Bray Wyatt would spend much of his year traveling. They were set up somewhere in Hernando County, which is the county where Samantha Rotunda filed for divorce. In the divorce filing, Samantha Rotunda is asking for the marital house.

The Daily Mail’s article on the split actually erroneously includes a photo of Wyatt with his sister, not his wife. His sister is Mika Rotunda, a health and fitness enthusiast who hosts a radio show and is reportedly interested in getting into wrestling herself.

3. She & Bray Have Two Children

Bray Wyatt and his wife have two children.

Wyatt’s daughters are Kendyl and Cadyn, who are aged six and four.

According to The Daily Mail, in her divorce filing, Samantha Rotunda is asking for child support, as well as custody of the girls for a majority of the time. The Daily Mail also reported that in March, Bray Wyatt “walked out on [his wife] and their two daughters.”

Samantha Rotunda’s lawyer told The Daily Mail that Samantha hopes that this divorce can come to a quick end so that Kendyl and Cadyn can get on with their lives.

“Samantha is saddened by the divorce as she and the husband have been together since college,” the lawyer told The Daily Mail. “But she hopes that all may be resolved amicably and as soon as possible so that she and their daughters may move forward with their lives.”

4. She Claims That Bray Cheated on Her With JoJo Offerman

In her divorce filing reported by The Daily Mail today, Samantha Rotunda says that Bray Wyatt cheated on her.

Rotunda says that Wyatt has committed “adultery and misdeeds,” later referring to his “antics and affairs.”

Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that Samantha Rotunda originally wasn’t planning on mentioning the adultery in the divorce filing, but she changed her mind when Bray Wyatt started accusing her of lying.

“Our sources tell us Samantha didn’t initially plan to mention the adultery in court documents to keep the split as positive as possible for their kids, but that all changed once Bray attempted to tarnish her name in his response — causing his college sweetheart to enter her misdeed claims into court,” Pro Wrestling Sheet reported.

Although the divorce filings never mention whom Bray Wyatt allegedly had an affair with, Samantha Rotunda’s lawyer claimed to The Daily Mail that the person is JoJo Offerman, a WWE announcer. Little is known about any alleged relationship between the two, but on Twitter on Monday, a picture was posted showing Wyatt and JoJo arriving together to an arena for a WWE show; it’s unclear when this photo was taken.

5. Bray Says She Is Trying to Defame Him

In his counter-petition for divorce filed in Hernando County, Bray Wyatt claims that the statements his wife has made about him are not true, according to The Daily Mail. He is asking the court for an injunction to keep Samantha quiet.

Wyatt says that Samantha has made “defamatory statements about the husband to several people in the community in an effort to ruin his reputation.” He also says that she has posted lies about him on social media “in an effort to damage the husband’s business ventures in the entertainment industry.”

In response, Samantha said that by claiming she is trying to defame him, Wyatt is attempting to game the media.

“It is a shame that the Husband would make such false claims and attempt such media gaming,” Samantha Rotunda’s response said. “Ms. Rotunda will not only prove Husband’s allegation and claims are nothing more than a media ploy and endeavor to create an offense to defend his adultery and misdeeds.”
