Apple Reveals 2013 Macbook Pro: 5 Fast Facts You Need To Know

Apple has unveiled a brand new 2013 Macbook Pro. Here are five fast facts you need to know.

1. The New Macbook Is Very Powerful

Iris integrated graphics and battery life are part of the package thanks to a new Haswell chip processor and Iris integrated graphics embedded in the machine. The bigger macbook will have 10 hours of battery life while the 13 inch model will have 9 hours of battery life.

2. Its 60% Faster Than The Previous Generation

This means expansion is faster too. Also, the 13 inch model is under 3.5 lbs and slimmer. The 13 inch model will have a new Wi-Fi chip to support the speed while the 15 inch will come with 8GB of RAM and 250 GB of storage.

3. Macbook Pro Will Run Mavericks

The brand new version of the operating system dedicated towards Macs will come equipped on these computers. Both computers will be shipping today and will have the system running on it.

4. The Prices Will Vary Per Model

The prices are pretty affordable for Apple products. (Getty)

The 13 Inch will be $1299 instead of $1499 while the fifteen inch sells for $1999 instead of $2199.

5. Both Computers Will Ship Today

It is unknown if this will affect the current line of Macs.
