The president-elect ranked first globally and in the United States for the people category followed by Hillary Clinton and Michael Phelps. The list of the top five most googled persons worldwide also includes Trump’s wife, Melania Trump.

Search interest in the real estate mogul peaked on election day, according to Google Trends. The upstart candidate was heavily discounted in national polls, but managed to pull off key victories in swing states like Wisconsin and Florida.
Having lost the popular vote, Trump faces the challenge of unifying a deeply divided nation with tensions running high over race, gender and class inequality. There is much anticipation as to whether Trump will continue his style of showmanship that landed him in hot water and the newspapers during the campaign once he takes office.
So what thoughts do googlers have about a President Trump? Google has an answer for that too, with its auto-complete search bar displaying most searched queries.
Will President Trump live in the White House?
Trump confirmed he would live in the White House putting to rest speculation he would stay at Trump Tower in New York City, POLITICO reports. The president-elect said his wife and son Barron would join him after his son gets out of school in the spring.
Will President Trump be a good president?
It’s to be seen how presidential Trump will be, but he promises to bring a businessman’s mentality to the role. At the end of November, Trump announced a deal with furnace maker Carrier Corporation to keep 1,000 jobs from moving to Mexico (further analysis showed only 800 jobs were slated to leave). During the campaign, Trump repeatedly bashed companies that were shipping manufacturing jobs outside the US. The deal to keep the Indiana-based company from cutting US jobs reportedly involved $7 million in tax breaks and other financial incentives.
Will President Trump be Impeached?
Some of the controversial campaign promises Trump made could lead to impeachment, pundits and politicians say. Washington attorney Bruce Fein says Trump has a 50-50 chance of committing impeachable offenses, according to POLITICO. In the history of the US, only two presidents (Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton) have faced impeachment proceedings and none have been convicted. Here’s what the Article II § 4 of the Constitution says qualifies as an impeachable offense:
“The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
Will President Trump take a salary?
Trump told 60 Minutes in November that he would turn down the $400,000 a year salary for the highest office in government. In the interview with Lesley Stahl, Trump honored his promise during a campaign rally last October that he would turn down the annual salary. The billionaire also has said he would hand over his business to his children and not make any new deals during his presidency.
