He surrendered at around 7 p.m., according to the Associated Press, when he stepped out of his black he was greeted by the thousands of screaming fans. Police, nor Bieber’s camp, have commented on what the exact charge is.
There will be another mugshot, though unlike the U.S., it’s unlikely to be released, and Bieber will be fingerprinted.

According to The Toronto Star, the investigation centered around members of Bieber’s entourage allegedly attacking the Bieb’s limo driver. The incident is alleged to have happened around here at Dundas Street West and University Avenue:

4. 100,000 Americans Want Bieber Deported
I think its absolutely pathetic how there's a petition to "deport" Justin from America when there's far worse people in the world.

This comes on the same day that the petition to deport Bieber from the U.S. reached 100,000 signatures and will have to be addressed by the White House.
5. Bieber Will Be Arraigned on His Miami Charges on Valentine’s Day
He was arrested on January 23 charged with dangerous driving in Miami, Florida. The arraignment on these offenses will be heard on February 14. Just before 6 p.m. on the day he was charged, Bieber posted a link to hype the release of his new video, “Confident.”
