Westboro Baptist Church to Picket Robin Williams’ Funeral

The Westboro Baptist Church has gone into overdrive after the news of Robin Williams’ death was announced. In a tweet about the actor’s death, the group added the hashtag “#MustPicketFuneral.”

The “church” then continued its sick tirade against the comic actor, who was found dead in his home at the age of 63, with these tweets:

The hateful holy rollers then posted a Vine for us to be disgusted by:

The “church,” which has made its name in protesting the funerals of slain soldiers and victims of tragedies — somehow relating the deaths to God’s wrath over the acceptance of homosexuality in society — has proven time and again that no scenario is safe from the group’s vile opinions.

The so called “church” has done as much to hinder the cause of Christ as radical islam.
2 Corinthians Chapter 11-For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

I do not consider them to be a church. They are an evil hate group and the children they are raising are abused under their so-called system of “faith”. There is no love in them–of God or any other higher power. They are reprobate in their thinking and have no sense of what grace and mercy are–even as defined by the book they claim to read.

I totally agree with you. Well said.

It’s too bad that punishment can’t be brought down on demonstrators like the Westboro Baptists. I understand the whole freedom of speech; but when people like that so called “church” take it to this kind of level, something should be done about it. They obviously have zero understanding/compassion and sympathy for people who battle mental illness.

I suppose they “might” get it if or when an illness of some kind knocks them off their feet. Karma is a ____________.

Bring that traveling freak show down to one of the “stand your ground” states. Shirley will be dispatched straight to hell to watch her father being violated by Saddam, the Ayatollah and Hitler.

Can you imagine the look on Fred Phelps’ face when he saw Matthew Shepard standing at God’s right hand? Probably as priceless as the look on his face when the Lord sprang the Trapdoor to Hell from below Freddy’s feet.

Are you a complete idiot, buffoon filled with nothing but hate and venom? I mean really what kind of darkness are you talking about . . . oh it’s all in your sick head.

….Really? The hell? They want their name in almost anything. SF festivals, Comic con, ANY DEATH THAT IS FAMOUS, just so they can be public.

This “So-called church”, is pathetic. I’m waiting for the day when people are just done with them. Oh wait, we are. Time for the blow horns, silly strings, and the ability to take away their signs and burning them. That or someone dressed jesus holding “I’m not with them” sign next to them.

I would rather be in hell with Robin Williams and my LGBT Brothers and sisters than in heaven with the nuns and priest I grew up around

Don’t look for logic behind the Westboro Baptist Church, because there is none.
