2015’s action movie slate is pretty packed from what we’re noticing. We’re happy to see the return of one lauded sci-fi movie franchise, though. One of Hollywood’s most celebrated action film heavyweights will be making his return in Terminator: Genisys.
The trailer above gets us very excited for the newest take on the Terminator universe. Besides Arnold’s inclusion (check out his awesome shootout with his robotic doppelganger), a slew of other notable stars are starring in this explosive film — Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney, Jason Clarke and Matt Smith. The overall timeline for this series has been hugely altered, so expect some major plot changes and shocking reveals for the characters we thought we knew the most. Sarah Conner, John Conner and Kyle Reese’s fate shall forever be changed.
You’ll be ready to head to theaters to see some human vs. robot warfare once Terminator: Genisys comes out on July 1, 2015.
